Madikotsi "Mummy" Khumalo, born in 1988 hails from Sebokeng, Gauteng. Her work uses bright colours and vivid imagery that at first glance, appears to be light and happy but if the viewer inspects closely, they will see representations of war, control of the human soul and the great presence or sometimes the lack of spiritual presence.
